Merge branch 'dl/no-extern-in-func-decl'

Mechanically and systematically drop "extern" from function
declarlation.

* dl/no-extern-in-func-decl:
  *.[ch]: manually align parameter lists
  *.[ch]: remove extern from function declarations using sed
  *.[ch]: remove extern from function declarations using spatch
