Merge branch 'ss/msvc-path-utils-fix'

An earlier update for MinGW and Cygwin accidentally broke MSVC build,
which has been fixed.

* ss/msvc-path-utils-fix:
  MSVC: include compat/win32/path-utils.h for MSVC, too, for real_path()
