doc txt & -h consistency: correct padding around "[]()"
The whitespace padding of alternatives should be of the form "[-f | --force]" not "[-f|--force]". Likewise we should not have padding before the first option, so "(--all | <pack-filename>...)" is correct, not "( --all | <pack-filename>... )".
