doc lint: emit errors on STDERR

It's a good idea to do this in any case for consistency with other tools we invoke. Signed-off-by: Ævar Arnfjörð Bjarmason <avarab@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Junio C Hamano <gitster@pobox.com>
