84f559f750 test-oidmap: remove 'add' subcommand 
The 'add' subcommand is useless as it is mostly identical
to the 'put' subcommand, so let's remove it.

11510decd0 t/helper: add test-oidmap.c 
This new helper is very similar to "test-hashmap.c" and will help
test how `struct oidmap` from oidmap.{c,h} can be used.
