This reverts commit 9c539d1027 (config.mak.dev: alternative
workaround to gcc 12 warning in http.c, 2022-04-15).
Let's give GCC12's "dangling-pointer" warning a second chance, as we
have a more focused workaround for this particular compiler glitch.
