Paul Mackerras d36d385efd gitk: Remove the unused stopfindproc function ...

This was a hangover from before the "Files" and "Pickaxe" parts of
the Find function were moved to the highlight facility in commit
60f7a7dc49.  It serves no useful
purpose any more, so this removes it.
